Massimo is a lawyer with 25 years of experience. He has assisted big corporations worldwide, international organizations, governmental institutions, and startups. He is highly qualified in the field of new technologies, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and in the FinTech area.

He has provided legal assistance to major blockchain companies since 2012, acting as an external lawyer and chief legal officer in several international projects. 

He also assists companies in the FinTech regulatory process, including proceedings under relevant financial authorities, under the new EU Market in Crypto Asset Regulation and EU Payment Service Directive. He also supports companies in the corporate, commercial, IP and privacy fields.
